Terms and Conditions
Upon registration, the registrant hereby allows The Writer's Copyright Association, UK to store their uploaded file for a term applicable to the purchase price/term. Upon expiration of the term, you hereby authorise The Writer's Copyright Association, UK to destroy your file. You may at any time up until two weeks prior to expiration, renew your document at the current rate of registration.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Storage & Safekeeping:
WCA UK provides a service to writers and authors of creative materials, the purpose of which is establish authorship through date and time creation of a document/creative work. WCA UK does not provide statutory protection nor is it a formal copyright. WCA UK will take every reasonable care to protect your file and storage of said file, but will take no responsibility for loss, corruption or destruction of submitted file or registration records. In the unlikely event that said file is lost, corrupted, damaged or destroyed due to the WCA's failure to maintain reasonable care or by any other cause whatsoever, it is agreed between both parties that the liquidated damages for the loss of the manuscript shall be £1.00.
WCA UK stores and encrypts files online, and archives onto two separate systems to ensure protection. We haven't lost a file yet!
